What We Do:
We have a 24 hour turn around for deed and mineral deed transfers.
All deeds must have a parcel number, legal description and the prior deed reference number. If a deed does not have a parcel number, we will not review the deed until a parcel number has been added.
Upon picking up, if a deed has corrections that need made, we will stamp on the spot if corrections are made at the counter. If taken back to the office, when returned it will require another 24hr turnaround.
New Surveys: TaxMap/GIS Department requires the Original signed & stamped Legal Description (attached as “Exhibit A”) & Original Signed & Stamped Drawing.
Due to the overwhelming amount of Surveys/Splits/Plats/Replats and Condos we now have a 1-week turnaround. Pending on workload, there is a chance that the turnaround time could be longer.
